Layered salad with black radish All the ingredients of this salad are laid out in layers, but it is not easy to give it a cylindrical shape. Sometimes the components of the salad are laid out in a deep plate, and then the finished product is turned over onto a dish, at the risk of mixing all the layers, which leads to a sloppy and unappetizing appearance. It is better to spend a little time on making a rim of whatman paper or thin cardboard of a certain diameter and a small height, which then is lined with foil inside (we need a shape 15 cm in diameter and 7-8 cm in height). When the salad is ready, just gently pull the form up, and it will easily be removed without damaging the structure. If the rim is wrapped with foil not only from the inside, but also from the outside, then it can be used several times. It is enough to wipe the foil thoroughly.
Ingredients:- Radish black 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Apple 1 pc.
- Mayonnaise 150 g
- Salt 2 pinch
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad you need to take a potato, onion, black radish of medium size, carrots, apple (sort "Antonovka"), eggs, mayonnaise and salt.

- Step 3 Wash the potatoes thoroughly, pour hot water, add salt, boil until soft, dry and cool, and then cut into small cubes.

- Step 5 Cover the potatoes with a thin layer of mayonnaise and lightly salt.
- Step 6 Peel the onion and chop it very finely.
- Step 7 Sprinkle the onion over the mayonnaise.
