More fine particles of natural substances are suitable for making peeled scrubs, and those that are larger for the body. Among the main products suitable for making body scrubs are: medium or coarse coffee, sea or coarse salt, sugar, oat flakes, ground grape or apricot bones, nuts, bran. Also in the scrub, to give it the necessary consistency, add massage oils, olive oil, sour cream, kefir, cream and many other products. Coffee Scrub

One of the most common types of home scrub. Excellent proved himself in the fight against cellulite and vascular mesh. The cooking is very simple. It is necessary to take a few tablespoons of coffee grounds, which remained after cooking the coffee and mix them with any vegetable oil (best with olive) or sour cream. Apply the finished scrub on the body with massage movements, leave to wait for minutes, then rinse with warm water. After the application, scrub is recommended to take a contrast shower.
