In this dish, two factors play an important role - the quality of the pasta and the availability of Parmesan cheese, the taste of which will be the leading one, so I do not advise you to replace it with another cheese (Grana Padano's cheese is also excellent). Lemon peel, added to the creamy sauce, gives a delicate piquant note, but its aroma is still heard not so distinctly as the aroma of cheese! I really liked the pasta, the ingredients are in good harmony with each other!
Ingredients:- Fusilli 300 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Cheese Parmesan 40 g
- Cream 200 ml
- Butter 80 g
- Salt 1.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 To prepare fusilli in a creamy sauce with lemon zest and parmesan, we need the following ingredients: figured fusilli pasta, half lemon, garlic, butter, Parmesan cheese, 10% cream, salt, black pepper.
- Step 2 Put the water for the paste. When it boils, boil the fusilli, according to the instructions, having salted to taste. Simultaneously we prepare sauce. In a frying pan, melt the butter.
- Step 3 With half a lemon, we remove the zest, crush it, add it to the butter together with the chopped garlic. Warm up 1 minute on medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Step 4 Pour the cream, add salt, pepper, stir, boil for another 3 minutes on a slow fire.
- Step 5 Parmesan rubbed on a fine grater, pour into the sauce. Stir and cook over low heat for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Step 6 The sauce is ready.
- Step 7 Put the fusilli into a sauce.
- Step 8 Mix well and serve it to the table, decorating with parmesan plates and a slice of lemon.
