1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Mix peanut butter, vegetable fat, brown sugar, milk and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with a mixer. Add the egg, whisk. 2. Mix the flour, soda and salt in a separate bowl. Add to the egg mixture, whisking at low speed until smooth. 3. Using a spoon, put the dough on a greased baking sheet. Cookies should be located about 5 cm apart. With a fork, make a lattice on the top of the cookie criss-cross, while flattening the cookies and giving it a round shape. 4. Bake for 7-8 minutes, until brown. Allow to cool for 2 minutes on a baking sheet. Then put the Hershey's Kisses candies in the middle of each cookie, lightly pressing them down. 5. Allow the liver to cool completely on waxed paper or on a grate. Place only completely cooked cookies in the storage container, otherwise the candy in the center may be damaged or smeared.
