And now I'll tell you a little. For breakfast I eat buckwheat porridge cooked on water or oatmeal cooked in a double boiler. Since I'm not a mess of salt, I add a few flavored spices. Oil is very rarely added, if only a little olive. When I feel that my skin becomes dry, the body begins to weaken, then I add butter to the porridge. In oil, there is vitamin D, it will help dry skin and support the body so that it can avoid the disease. When you want something delicious, I sprinkle the porridge with cheese - grated Parmesan. Sweet porridge I do not eat, I simply do not like them.

Another option for breakfast is a boiled egg. To him, I add a few slices of cheese. It's easy and very tasty.

I try to dine with soups. Soups cook and eat without meat, suitable for any vegetable soup. I'm preparing a fish hodgepodge, but I make it so that I exclude half of the food so that this dish is not very heavy for the body.

My favorite food is a fish or a piece of boiled chicken. This light meal, which does not affect the figure, and will not do much harm to your body. Try boiling chicken or fish without salt, only with fragrant herbs.

Do not forget about the cottage cheese. Cottage cheese I love coarse-grained "home". In the summer, I add some greens to the cottage cheese. It turns out something like a salad.

Tomatoes and vegetables are available now all year round. For dinner, there is nothing better than eating lettuce leaves with shrimps or with small tomatoes and pieces of cheese.

These are my simple and light meals. I rarely eat pasta or pizza. Cakes I eat only when I want to eat them. Once in two weeks I can afford a truffle, chocolate cake. And as for sandwiches, chips, rolls and sweets - they are not included in my menu. I have taught myself, there is simple, useful food and is happy with my results.
