Anything that the new work at first seems exciting and interesting. There is something to learn, you can acquire new skills and knowledge. A new job is a challenge. It forces us to get out of the comfort zone - which is a bit scary, but very exciting. Staying in a new workplace and learning a lot, we feel pride in ourselves. But this does not last long.

Recently, we see this trend: people change jobs more often than ever. As statistics show, 97% of people feel bored and dissatisfied after two years of work in the same company. They change their place of work, but after a while everything returns to normal. So - the change of work gives only temporary relief. How to deal with this? How to regain the old fuse and the desire to "roll mountains"?

1. More enthusiasm . Remember that you can get away from routine if you go on promotion. Then you will have new interesting duties, tasks and deeds. You again can love your work. But in order to get a promotion - it is necessary to show as much enthusiasm as possible.

Of course, when you are bored and you feel that the work is boring, this is difficult to do. But try to overcome yourself. Demonstrate to the authorities interest in the work, often take the initiative, participate in new projects - all these efforts will repay a hundredfold in the future.

2. Responsibilities and responsibilities . Look around and think about what areas of your company's activity are of the greatest interest to you. In which role would you like to present yourself? Then go to your supervisor and talk to him about it. Explain to him that you are ready and want to take on new obligations, that you can engage in one or another project.

3. Look for the project . If you do not see what new responsibilities you could take on, you can find some interesting project and do it. For example, ask management to create a corporate newspaper. He will certainly appreciate your zeal, and you will be able to get new skills.

4. Generate ideas . It does not matter what you do - do not stop thinking and look for ways to improve. This habit not only helps you keep your mind always on alert, but it can also serve you well - if the leader hears about your ideas.

5. Switch jobs . Some companies have long been practicing this - for the time being they are swapped by employees. This allows them to get new impressions and knowledge, get to know the team better and overcome the routine. If such an alternative seems interesting to you - talk to your management. Perhaps the boss will meet you.

6. Go to the training . It does not matter - at your own expense or at the expense of the company. The main thing is that you can get distracted from routine duties and get a portion of inspiration. And after returning to work, do not forget to apply the knowledge gained.
