How to make the memory memorize everything you need?

Try-how to remember all the things that you promised to do yourself this month. Well, complicated? Many of us have memory problems starting at an early age, but there is a way out! Memory to train in two counts, if at least 20 minutes a day to give special exercises.

And here are some of them from the book "Memory does not change. Tasks and puzzles for the development of intelligence and memory »:

Exercise 1: Remember the composition

Remember the following text for a minute. Then add the text below with the missing words. This must be done out loud. Look again at the original to see if you succeeded in doing it correctly.

Original:

"Throughout the summer, escaping from the heat hugging the city, the family of St. Claire lived in a villa near the lake, a few kilometers from New Orleans. The villa was surrounded by gardens in which Eva and Tom enjoyed the hours. But in the heart of a dark-skinned boy there was an alarm. He heard a cousin of Aunt Eve complaining about her niece's ill health. Tom, in turn, already noticed that for some time the girls' hands became more transparent and pale, her breathing became heavy, and in the middle of the game she was tired and gasping, had to sit down. "

Text with unknowns:

Exercise 2: Biological Paradise

Carefully consider the first two rows of insects for a minute and a half. Remember the six insects and the letters with which they are marked. Then look at the bottom picture and tell which letter corresponds to each insect. Compare with the original and correct, if you make a mistake.

Tip: Focus only on one detail from each insect and on the letter designating it.

Exercise 3: Sea Battle for Memory

Carefully consider the two figures. Then, without looking at them, draw on a piece of paper or in a "memory stick" one square of 6 × 6 cells, like what you just saw. Paint in it only those cells that were painted at the same time in the first and second squares. At the end of the exercise, test yourself.
