Classic Caesar
- grated Parmesan - 100 g
- fresh salad leaves
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.
- crackers or homemade croutons - 100 g
- Worcestersky sauce - 0,5 tsp.
- lime - half
- egg - 1 pc.
- mustard (with grains) - 0,5 tsp.
- salt and pepper to taste

- In fact, the salad dressing will not take you much time. The bottom of a flat large dish should be carefully wiped with a slice of garlic. Then put on it the hands, torn with leaves, salad and croutons. Then we pour the dressing and the salad is ready.
- Now about refueling. She will have to tinker with her for a little longer. We bring the water in a saucepan to a boil and lower the chicken egg into it exactly for one minute, and then immediately substitute it under a stream of cold water. After this, the egg should be beaten with a mixer, gradually adding to it a Worchester sauce, garlic mixture and mustard. When the mixture becomes more or less homogeneous, start slowly to introduce olive oil. When the sauce becomes thick, add lime juice, salt and pepper to it.
Caesar with chicken
You can use both boiled meat and smoked meat. The dish, cooked according to this recipe, is more famous for the inhabitants of our latitudes, who like salad mixtures with meat.
You will need:
- chicken meat - 350 g
- boiled eggs - 2 pcs.
- bunch of lettuce
- white bread or loaf - 200 g
- olive oil - 100 ml
- mustard - 2 tsp.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- lemon juice - 3 tbsp. l.
Cooking method:
- Garlic is let through the press and gradually, one tablespoon, we begin to add olive oil, constantly mixing.
- Bread cut into cubes or stripes and fry a little in vegetable oil.
- Chicken can be cut or chopped at your discretion: cubes, slices or straws.
