Salad from boiled fish

Products:
300 g of fresh fish, 100 g of pickled mushrooms, 60 g of carrots, 50 g of onions, 50 g of parsley or celery root, 50 g of green peas, 1 egg, 150 g of mayonnaise, 1 tsp mustard, greens, black pepper, salt.

Preparation:
Fish boil in salted will with spices, cleanse from bones and cut into small pieces.

Carrots and parsley root boil and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onions and mushrooms.

Mix all the products, add peas, pepper and salt, season with mayonnaise. Garnish with greenery and circles of boiled eggs.
