For minced beef and pork cut into pieces and pass through a meat grinder. Add salt, pepper, water, lean onion and mix everything.

Sift the sifted flour on the table and make a funnel-shaped groove. Pour the water mixed with egg and salt (12 g), and knead a steep homogeneous dough. Allow to lie down for 20-30 minutes for swelling of gluten.

Dough rolled into a bundle, cut into slices and roll them together. On the juice, lay out the stuffing, form pelmeni and boil them in salted water for 8-10 minutes.

For dumplings, serve butter, sour cream, table vinegar.
