Hvorost: recipe

2.5 cups of flour, 75 g of sugar, 100 g of water, 1.5 tbsp. spoons of rum (vodka), 2 eggs, powdered sugar.

Knead a pretty steep dough, roll it out very thinly, cut into thin strips. Each 3 strips weave (in the form of a maiden braid) and fry in a large amount of vegetable oil. When the brushwood is browned, select it with a noisy coat, put it on a sieve (pre-coated with parchment) and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
