How to start a sport


How to strengthen the chest, pump up the press and not hurt your health? Each muscle of our body is connected with certain internal organs. And this connection must be taken into account during training, especially if you are "slightly over 30". Knowing how to properly start playing sports, you will find the figure of your dreams without damage to the body.

When we walk down the street, go in the elevator or sit by the TV, our limbs "walk by themselves". Under the action of reflexes, the muscles themselves raise our legs, turn our head, lead our hand to scratch the chin. All this happens at the subconscious level, that is, in the subcortical nodes of the brain, which perceives information and transmits it to the muscles. And the list of these reflex reactions of muscles is much wider than we imagine.

For example, the musculature quite clearly reacts to what happens in the stomach. If you experience hunger, certain muscles are strained to bring you closer to satisfying it. If you are full, you can not move with your hand or your foot. However, if there are any abnormalities in the operation of the stomach, this can affect the signals applied to the muscles. Being guided by these distorted signals, the brain makes wrong conclusions. As a result, muscles reflexively associated with the stomach, lose their excitability - the load on them decreases. And this means that the muscles located side by side receive a double load. It is not ruled out that sooner or later, due to overloads, these muscles begin to ache. And then the person to whom the stomach should be treated comes to the doctor with suspicion of myositis, neuralgia or osteochondrosis. That is, in fact, he is going to disperse the "smoke", instead of extinguishing the "fire".

However, the muscles that "answer" for not very healthy organs, will not necessarily give a pronounced pain syndrome. As a rule, people who have nothing to hurt come to the fitness centers, and therefore they are sure that their health is not threatened by anything. As a result, the exercises are selected either according to the principle "to grow faster" or "to make the figure young and elastic". What is happening inside the body at this time, not only worries not only the athletes, but also their coaches. The maximum that they track is the classic indicator of the response to the load - the notorious pulse. However, heart rate is only a direct response to stress. Deep changes that can occur in the body as a result of thoughtless training, simply not taken into account. So we were taught: if physical education or some other physical activity - it means, it is necessarily useful. Alas, this is a myth, the product of a cruel century of hypodynamia. Professional athletes, in the life of which there are so many movements that would be enough for ten, often the most sick people. Their body as a result of muscle overloads very quickly turns into a rubble. Therefore it is very important to practice sports properly.

Some specialists in kinesiology (kinesiology - a method of diagnosis and treatment based on a direct link between the state of the muscles and the work of other body systems) believe that sports clubs - in the form in which they exist today - are harmful and dangerous to health. Perhaps, such statements are too categorical, but, unfortunately, are not unfounded. Shaping, if literally translate the word from English, means "giving the species." That is, its main task is to give the figure the desired outlines. The dirty trick is already in the title: shaping works only with the form, what happens to the "stuffing", as a rule, it does not take into account. The same goes for bodybuilding. After all, bodybuilding - "building a body" - is also a term with a very mechanistic meaning. The main thing in it is the amount of muscle. Which of these is the conclusion? In achieving the "form", we must think about "content" ourselves.

That's what the kinesiology advises how to start a sport:

- Pumped, volumetric muscles do not necessarily have to be strong and strong;

- by training the "problem" muscles, you are calling a spoiled call, because in fact other people are working instead of them;

- if you have problems with the intestines, you do not "download" the protruding abdomen, do not strengthen the press, although you will do the necessary exercises: during their performance, you will only overstrain the muscles of the back;

- it is useless to try to achieve high "maiden" breast with the help of training, if your liver or stomach is not working properly: instead of the muscles of your chest, you will pump your neck and shoulders;

- if you notice a violation of your appetite (increased or decreased), this means that you should first resolve stomach problems, and then start bodybuilding: in this condition, you simply will not be able to pump some muscle groups;

- If you overtrain the muscles of the neck and collar zone, you may appear stoop, the head will involuntarily move forward;

- Women after 40 years are harmful to "lift" the chest: there may be nodules and discharge;

- with urological problems, it is not necessary to give a load on the shin: there is a special danger of dislocation and subluxation of the ankle joint;

- be careful with the load on the shoulder girdle: this can disrupt the pancreas. The right part of it - the "head" - secrete pancreatin juice, which breaks down the proteins to amino acids. And if the proteins are not digested, there will still be no force in the muscles. The left part - the "tail" - secrete insulin, and if you pump the widest muscle of the back, you can even provoke diabetes mellitus;

- if you have irregularities in the work of the liver or kidneys, it is dangerous to give pressure to the knee joint: this is fraught with frequent injuries.

Kinesiologists advise before starting work on each muscle to test it for reflex connections with the appropriate organs. Whether everything is in order with the muscle, the expert can determine with the help of a small test. He will force you in certain positions to strain different muscles, probe your internal organs, and thus find out whether they respond adequately to muscle tension. If it turns out that some reflex connections are broken, the muscles and their sister organs need to be examined, or they can trust the diagnosis of the kinesiologist and try the treatment offered to them. Otherwise, further training may aggravate the situation.

Through numerous experiments, specialists have revealed direct connections between muscles and the emotional sphere of a person. It has long been known that all the stresses that a person experiences, as it were, "crawl" outward in the form of various bodily manifestations - whether it be acne or a stomach ulcer. Kinesiologists, on the other hand, deal with stresses and psychological problems that are "trapped" in the muscles. And this means that in their management falls notorious weight loss, as well as any other correction of the figure. According to the state of the muscles, they propose to determine what is the reason for the behavior that causes a person to overeat or eat improperly.
