1. Preheat the oven to 230 degrees. Finely chop the garlic. Grind white and light green parts of onions. Mix three kinds of cheese with mayonnaise and spring onions. Add a pinch of salt to taste. The mixture can be stored in the refrigerator before use. 2. Cut the crispy French bread in half, then cut each half of the bread in half. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a frying pan and add 1/4 chopped garlic. 3. Put a quarter of bread in the pan, allowing it to soak up the oil and the aroma of garlic. Fry the bread until golden brown. Repeat the same with the remaining oil, garlic and bread. 4. Put the cheese mixture on warm bread and bake in the oven at 230 degrees until the cheese melts and starts to boil, about 10 minutes. Prepared bread from the oven, cut into slices, allow to cool slightly and serve immediately.
