Liver in sour cream

Products:

600 g of beef liver, 4 onions, 4 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil (margarine, other fat).


For sour cream sauce: 1 tbsp. a spoonful of flour, 1 glass of sour cream, 1 tbsp. a spoon of butter, 3 cups of water or meat broth, salt, pepper, greens to taste.


Preparation:

Cut the liver into small pieces, fry in fat, add to the kozanok, add the onion (fried in vegetable oil) onion, salt, pepper, parsley and dill greens, pour the sour cream sauce and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

For the preparation of sauce: pour the flour into a frying pan with warmed butter and on moderate heat, stirring, bring to a light yellow color. Remove from the fire, stirring with a whisk, pour a thin stream of boiling water or boiled hot broth, stir well and add the boiled sour cream, salt, pepper. With continuous stirring, boil for 2 minutes.
