Let's start with the fact that each lavash (or pita, as in my case) with a brush, grease with olive oil. This is done so that the lavash becomes crispy when baked. Then, each lavash is cut into 8 parts. Sprinkle the lavash with salt, pepper, oregano and put it on a baking tray, covered with parchment paper (you can simply grease it so it does not burn). We put in the oven, heated to 205 degrees. Bake for 5 minutes, then turn each piece and bake for 5 more minutes. In the bowl of the blender, add the beans (without liquid), fresh parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Slightly grind, but not until uniform. Then, continuing to grind at a slow speed, we introduce olive oil into the mixture. Gradually the mass should become smooth and homogeneous. Grind until the mixture becomes a consistency resemble fatty cream. Actually, everything is ready for submission. Triangles of pita or pita by that time, the ear was slightly cooled ... We spread bean paste from the bowl of the blender to the plate. We serve with a crust of crisp pieces of pita bread. Bon Appetit! ;)
