To date, we have two main varieties of green beans - yellow and green. They have a very similar taste and a similar set of nutrients, so it does not really matter which of these varieties you will use for salad. Ingredients:- Beans fillet frozen 250 g
- Olives without seeds 100 g
- Cheese hard 50g
- Salad green 1 beam
- Basil violet fresh 1 bunch
- Parsley fresh 1 bunch
- Bacon 100 g
- Olive oil 6 tbsp. l.
- Table vinegar 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Mustard French (with grains) 2 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Step 1 The main ingredients of the salad - green beans, olives, basil, parsley, lettuce, bacon, hard cheese, olive oil, mustard and spices.
- Step 2 Dip the frozen string beans into boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 3 Then transfer the beans to a plate and allow to cool.
- Step 4 Cut the bacon into thin strips.
- Step 5 Fry the bacon in olive oil until crispy.
- Step 6 And then put the strips of bacon on a paper towel so that excess fat is gone.
- Step 7 Cut the cheese into cubes.
- Step 8 Finely chop parsley.
- Step 9 Leaves of lettuce and basil are large to tear.
- Step 10 Cut a handful of olives into halves.
