Mix the butter with flour and water. We form a ball from this mixture, send it to the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. Protein is separated from the yolks. Mix the yolks with sugar powder, then mix the mixture with starch. Then we introduce into the egg mixture the heated milk (heated, but not boiling). The resulting mixture is put on the fire, bring to a boil and cook for 2-3 minutes on a slow fire, constantly interfering. We remove the dough from the fridge, roll it out and evenly put it into the mold for baking the tart. Fill our dough with cream, put the form in the oven - and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. We take the hot pie from the oven, sprinkle fresh blueberries with fresh berries - and everything, the blueberry tart is ready! :) Bon appetit!
