For 4 servings of the recipe:

• 4 cloves of garlic

• 2 eggplants

• 4 table. tablespoons vegetable oil

• a mixture of spices for meat at the tip of the knife

• 400 g of chopped meat

• 3 table. tablespoons dry sherry

• 5 tablespoons of soy sauce

• 150 ml of broth

For 4 servings of the recipe:

• 60-70 leaves of grapes (fresh or salty)
