Is it worth changing jobs in a crisis?

Even in our hard times, many employees still leave work to find a new one. But is it worth changing jobs in a crisis - the main issue for hundreds of Russians. And what are the reasons for deciding this? Discuss?

In life you need to do only what is pleasant and causes inner harmony. This is ideal. No wonder they say that the happiest people are those who have a hobby and the main job. Most people do not have such an idyll in their life. And we have to make certain compromises to combine work and personal life. But even with absolute dissatisfaction with their work, most of us are forced to endure their situation. Although, who forces us? Often not who, but what. The fear of remaining without money, without a new job, without any prospects.

However, even during the crisis, some still manage to collect the will into a fist and decide to change jobs. What pushes people to it? And what can one day push you?

Here are a few reasons to leave work:

1. The Chief is a tyrant

There are not many employees who calmly agree to be puppets in the hands of an all-powerful boss. Basically, people are at least annoying. If the boss does not put you in anything, he calls at work any time of the day or night, even on weekends, screams, foul language, humiliates phrases like: "You are nothing without me!" Or "Yes to whom do you need such?" - think about it, but do you want it? After all, you are a person, not a doll. Yes, and with the dolls, some are treated more carefully. Here the whole question is how much you love and respect yourself. Ask him yourself between deeds and listen to the answer of his inner voice.

2. With colleagues - open war

This is even a bigger problem than an inadequate boss. If you are crossing with the authorities for a day is not so often, then the colleagues are always there. Therefore, here mutual understanding or at least normal calm relations are extremely important. Many people in general go to work only in order to communicate with colleagues, it is interesting to spend time, have fun. If you have a real war at work, you have very little time to think. It is unlikely that the situation will change suddenly, and your nerves will be ruined forever. And the sediment from such "work" will also not be pleasant. To change and urgently!

3. Lack of career opportunities

Some people are content only with the role of a quiet modest employee with the same modest salary. This is their ceiling - there's nothing to be done. But basically the goal of any normal employee is the opportunity to occupy a higher position. And once a person understands that this is impossible because high positions are reserved for friends and relatives of the authorities - he decides to leave. Or, as an option, you are just a member of a small company, which gives you much less opportunities for career growth. Then, too, it is worth thinking about. Well, of course, if you are sure, you are capable of more.

4. Lack of organization of work

This happens in many small firms, where the bosses "are their own boss." There is no system. They can be called to work at any time, they can pay, they can "forget", they constantly change the demands and the front of work. Today you perform the duties of a secretary, and tomorrow - work for an accountant. The feeling is that you do not go to work, but at the request of friends, you carry out a number of separate instructions for a dubious fee. This situation is absurd, which forces many employees to leave their jobs.

5. Low wages

In fact, this is a separate question for each specific case. For example, you are on probation. It's silly just to expect a huge salary if. Of course, you are not a super specialist in your field. But then you would not be offered a probationary period. In short, sometimes you just need to wait to receive more in the future. But there are cases when the situation is just hopeless. In some cases, the bosses "feed" employees with promises of a bright future, and in some cases, directly and honestly declare that it will not be better until. In the latter case, only those who do not have the opportunity to switch to another job are left for different reasons. Or people are sincerely devoted to their work and they remain stubbornly experiencing difficulties, despite the low reward.

6. The company's probability of failing

In times of crisis, a very real threat to financial stability and for employees of the company is the threat of bankruptcy. If the enterprise "breathes on incense" - this is a good reason to think about changing the place of work. Of course, this prevents many from doing internal honesty and honesty, they say, only rats, etc., can escape from a sinking ship. but think about yourself. About your future and the future of your children. They need to eat every day, and your honesty and decency (which, by the way, is very relative) will not feed them. Seriously think about changing jobs.
There are many other reasons for changing jobs: overtime is not paid for, continuous monitoring by the authorities, refusal to grant leave and sick leave, etc. Whether it is worth changing jobs in a crisis of your fear - you know better. But always listen to yourself. And be honest with yourself. Then the solution will come itself, and it will be the only correct one.
