Put the lobules into a saucepan, sprinkling with sugar. Leave it overnight. 3. In the morning put the pan on medium heat, let the apples boil, cook for 20 minutes. 4. Remove from the plate. Let the jam cool. Then boil again and cool. Repeat the procedure one more time (you should only have three times). 5.
