Orange jam This jam is prepared almost from waste - from orange crust, which you would have thrown out. When you have accumulated a sufficiently large number of orange peels - feel free to grasp the preparation of such jam. It is not necessary that you use orange peels in one day. You can collect the crusts for several days, folding them into a plastic bag and putting it in the refrigerator. Jam comes out very fragrant, beautiful and tasty. It can be added to pastries, sandwich cookies or simply spread on a piece of bread!
Ingredients:- Orange peel 200 g
- Sugar 200g
- Lemon juice 20 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the jam from orange peels, we need sugar, lemon, orange peel.
- Step 2 Cover the cork with water.
- Step 3 Bring water to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
- Step 4 Drain the water. Again pour the crusts with fresh water. Boil it off. Repeat this procedure 3 times.
