1. Mash strawberry berries to the desired density of jam. To do this, you can use a knife for dough or something like that. 2. In a large saucepan mix strawberries, pectin and butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. 3. As soon as the mixture boils, add all the sugar immediately, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves. Again bring the jam to a boil, continuing to stir. 4. When the jam reaches the boiling point (the bubbles will not disappear with stirring), cook for 1 minute (use a timer), and then turn off the fire. If the jam is cooked for longer than 1 minute, it will turn out very thick. Prepare jars with funnel for jam. 5. Place the jars on a high-temperature surface, for example, on a cutting wooden board. Fill the jars with jam, allow to cool to room temperature, then close and store in a refrigerator or freezer.
