Kalamaras with tomatoes Kalamarata - a classic Neapolitan dish, made from tomatoes and squid, and is characterized by its lightness and summer mood. Squids, included in the category of dietary products, are rich in vitamins A, B1 and D, as well as phosphorus, potassium, calcium and proteins. In addition, they are well absorbed and not obese. Not to mention tomatoes, which are almost the best product against old age! According to doctors, there is no better drug against free radicals. This simple dish can be supplemented with pasta, or simply enjoy, dipping bread in tomato sauce. Bon Appetit!

- Step 2 Wash tomatoes and cut into quarters.
- Step 3 Peel onion and garlic, and fry in a small amount of oil, on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Step 4 Add the tomatoes to the onions and allow to simmer for 5 minutes until they become soft.
- Step 5 Add the squid and some white wine. Stew for 15 minutes without closing the pan. I used small squid, but if you use regular squids, you need to cut them first with rings.
