Preparation of juicy and tasty liver cake

A simple recipe for cooking a hepatic cake.

Cooking procedure

  1. The liver is carefully mine, along the way clearing of all excess veins. We discuss with a towel and send it to the meat grinder. To make the future dough more airy, you can additionally whip the twisted meat blender.
  2. We add eggs, flour, sour cream, salt and pepper. Gently mix the dough so that no lumps form in it.
  3. We heat the frying pan and pour out the mixture with the ladle. Try to spread it evenly thin layer on the surface of the vessel.
  4. Meanwhile, finely chop the onions and three carrots. Lightly fry the vegetables to soften them, and the onion becomes transparent.
  5. Garlic is passed through the press and mixed with mayonnaise.
  6. Prepare a dish in which to serve a hepatic cake. When the first pancake is ready, lay it on a plate and lubricate with mayonnaise. Top with vegetables.
  7. We do the same procedure with each pancake. Some between the cakes are also spreading the Bulgarian pepper.
