We pass the boiled cranberries and let them dry. Dried berries are placed in the bowl for the blender and shredded (in the photo - a wireless blender, so do not be scared :)). Grinded cranberries are placed in a saucepan, poured hot water, put on a fire and bring to a boil. As soon as it boils - remove from heat and twice carefully filter through a sieve. The resulting berry broth is poured back into the pan, add sugar to it and once again bring to a boil. In parallel, in a glass of cold water, stir the starch, add it to the broth and boil again, actively mixing. When the jelly boils, immediately remove it from the heat, pour it into another vessel and cover it with a lid. Let's brew. To the table, cranberry kissel can be served both hot and cold.
