- rice noodles - 35 Grams
- mint leaves - 1/4 cup
- honey - 4 Art. spoons
- lime juice - 1 st. a spoon
- chilli powder - 1/8 teaspoons
- rice paper - 8 pieces (sheets)
- kiwi - 4 pieces (peeled and thinly sliced across)
- peanut - 1/3 Glass (large-sliced)
Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse the noodles under cold water, dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, mix noodles with mint and 1 tablespoon of honey. To make the sauce, whip the remaining 3 tablespoons of honey, lime juice, chili and 1 tablespoon of water in a small bowl. Set aside. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft, about 30 seconds. Lay on the work surface. Put on each leaf at one end 1/8 sliced kiwi, 1/8 noodles and 1/8 peanuts. Fold the rolls. Cover with a wet towel before serving. Repeat with the rest rolls. Cut the rolls in half. Serve with sauce.
