The recipe is dedicated to the most inexperienced, novice cooks - those who have not yet mastered the basic principles of cooking and are therefore lost at the sight of raw foods, for example - raw pork. In this case, in order to deliciously cook pork, there is no need to do anything supernatural - but the meat will turn out to be such that, believe me, all consumers will be delighted. So, we are preparing pork baked with a piece of spice! The recipe for cooking pork baked with spices: 1. Mix all the spices in one bowl. If you use, for example, peppercorns - you can spice all the spices in a mortar, so we "revitalize" them. 2. A piece of meat very well rub the resulting mixture of spices. We roll, we rub - we do everything to ensure that the meat is practically covered with a layer of spices. 3. Put the meat in a lightly oiled baking dish. We put in the oven, heated to 180 degrees, and bake for about 50-60 minutes. 4. We take the meat, check for availability. We check either the thermometer (the temperature inside the piece should be about 65 degrees), or by the grandfather method - we cut and see if it is well baked. 5. That's all!
