- Potatoes - 5-6 pieces
- Bow - 1 piece
- Garlic - 2 Teeth
- Milk - 0.5-1 Cups
- Egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 3 Art. spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Oil - - To taste (for frying)
Onions, garlic and potatoes should be cleaned and rubbed on a large grater. Pepper salt, add flour, drive in the egg. All the mix well and pour in so much milk to make a dough of medium density. The resultant dough should be put on a hot pan (preferably cast iron), flatten the pancake with a spoon, then cover and reduce the heat to a minimum. After a while, gently turn the pancake into a spatula. When the pancake is ready, put it on a paper towel. Pancake served on a common dish, so that everyone cut off the right piece.
