Ingredients:- Milk 2 L
- Step 1 To make melted milk in a multivark, we need milk (preferably from the market - a damask) and a multivark - I have a Polaris multivarker.
- Step 2 Pour the milk into the bowl of the multivariate.
- Step 3 Cover the top with steam cooking container to avoid formation of high foam. Switch on the "Quenching" mode for 6 hours.
- Step 4 After 6 hours of cooking, real melted milk is formed-fragrant and tasty.
- Step 5 Remove the foam from the milk, pour it into the storage tank, cool it. Store in refrigerator or use immediately.
