- Pepper sweet ground - 2.5 Kilogram
- Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters
- Sugar sand - 100 Grams
- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Table vinegar - 100 Milliliters
- Tomato puree - 1 Kilogram
- Sea salt - 2 teaspoons
- Paprika powder - 1 teaspoon
So, we begin with the fact that we cleanse our seeds and membranes from our pepper. I always use colorful pepper for visual beauty. And the taste is so rich. In fact, it is possible to cut pepper for lecho as you like, but in Hungary it is usually cut as in the photo - thin and oblong slabs. Now we take the sauce. We put on the pan a saucepan with tomato puree, butter, vinegar, spices. salt and sugar. Bring to a boil. When the sauce begins to boil, put the chopped pepper into it. Boil on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, then remove from heat. Immediately put our peppers on jars, close and store in a cool dry place. Done! :)
