Delicious snack from herring, apples and boiled beets. Herring is perfectly combined with beet. Between these two basic layers of snacks, a layer of sweet and sour apples with a tangerine note looks very harmoniously. I especially want to note the dressing, consisting of sour cream, mustard and tangerine juice, sprinkled with salt and freshly ground pepper. It turns out piquant, interesting and fresh!
Ingredients:- Herring salted 200 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.

- Beets 80 g
- Apple 1 pc.
- Tangerines 1 pc.
- Mustard 1 tsp.
- Salt 2 g
- Black pepper powder 1 g
- Step 1 To make the herring in sour-tangerine sauce we need salted herring (fillet), egg, mandarin, apple, boiled beetroot, green onion, sour cream, salt.
- Step 2: Peel the Mandarin from the skin, place the lobules in a zip package, use a crush to crush mandarin slices to form juice.
