Mix flour, dry yeast, half a teaspoon of salt, add oil and warm water. Knead the dough, form a bowl, leave in a warm place under the towel for 1 hour. Then again, knead the dough - and another half an hour under the towel. Approached dough rolled into sausage, which is cut into pieces of equal size. Each piece is rolled into a flat cake. We boil potatoes in salted water and turn them into mashed potatoes. Onions finely chopped, fried and added to mashed potatoes. Spread a small amount of filling on the dough cake.
