- Cheese (wire) - 340 Grams
- Butter - 110 Grams
- Green onions - 100 Grams
- A loaf of fresh bread - 1 piece
- Poppy - 2 Teaspoons
- Champignons - 340 Grams
- Fresh thyme (chopped) - 1 st. a spoon
Melt the butter in a frying pan. We cut the champignons into slices and throw them into the frying pan. After 4-5 minutes, after the mushrooms were slightly fried and let the juice, add the thyme and fry another 2-3 minutes. We put mushrooms in a separate bowl and cool. Heat the oven to 140 degrees. Bread is cut from above on a crust along and across. Do not cut to the end! We cut the cheese into cubes. Mix the butter with finely chopped green onions and poppy seeds. We put a loaf of bread on the baking tray. We put cheese and mushrooms in the notches. With a mixture of butter and onion, we cover all the bread. We wrap the loaf in foil. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Open a little foil and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese melts. Bon Appetit!
