Mackerel with bell pepper

Preparing the fish. We wash it, clean it, gut it and divide it into 2 loin pieces (2 portions). Then we rub the fish with salt, pepper and other spices (to taste), crumble in breadcrumbs. We put it in a baking mold covered with foil. On mackerel we spread onions, cut into rings. On the onion we spread the chopped pepper and the flesh of the tomatoes. In this case frozen tomatoes are used. Then add some water to the fish, cover it with foil and send it to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Then we take out the fish, sprinkle it abundantly with grated cheese and send it back for another 10 minutes. We serve mackerel with Bulgarian pepper immediately in a warm form. Do not forget to sprinkle with fresh herbs.
