I bring you the most successful, in my opinion, version of this salad, but if you wish, you can safely replace the ingredients with some other, similar. So, how to prepare a salad "Crunchy": 1. First you need to cook chicken fillet, and then cool it. Then break the fillets into short fibers, and cut the loaf into small cubes. Fry the loaf in vegetable oil until golden brown or dried in the oven. 2. Cucumbers must be cut into thin strips, and onions - half rings. 3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. 4. Then you need to prepare the dressing; for this you need to mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add chopped garlic. 5. Lettuce leaves need to be torn. 6.
