Carcasses in a deep saucepan, onions, carrots and dill for 10 minutes, then add grated tomatoes and broth to it. On high heat bring the soup to a boil, after reducing it to a minimum and boil for another 5-10 minutes. Add a couple of snacks of sea food salt - and the soup is ready!

The result

Do not think that the adepts of macrobiotics deny themselves but tasty! Their crown dish is kish (open cake), stuffed with tofu. For the cake take 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped clove of garlic, a small onion cut into cubes, a pinch of sea salt, a glass of washed wheat and 3 glasses of water. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Pour the oil into a saucepan and fry onion with garlic, seasoned with salt. If desired, add your favorite spices and herbs - for example, rosemary. After 5-7 minutes, pour into the pan millet and fry it for a couple of minutes. Then add water, after boiling for half an hour protomi mixture on low heat. For the filling, take 250 g of tofu, 2 tablespoons of vinegar (preferably wine) and olive oil, 1 onion, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, a pinch of sea salt, 300 grams of fresh mushrooms, sliced, and 4 canteens spoons of soy sauce. Tofu, vinegar and 1 tablespoon of olive oil mix in a food processor. The second spoon of oil is heated in a frying pan, then throw there onion, garlic, rosemary and a pinch of salt. Fry the mixture until the onion becomes translucent. Add the mushrooms and fry them until soft. Season the vegetables with soy sauce and mix with tofu. Millet dough is laid out in a baking dish moistened with water. Top on the cake put a filling of tofu, sprinkle it with a tablespoon of soy sauce and bake the cake for half an hour. The dish fully meets the 3 basic rules of macrobiotic cuisine: tasty, healthy, harmless to the waist!
