Mushrooms should be washed thoroughly, placed in a wide pan, filled with water, add half the st. l of vinegar. Put on a large fire and bring to a boil. Remove foam with foam, reduce heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes. Transfer the mushrooms to a colander. Peel onion and garlic, chop. Pepper is washed, peeled from seeds and finely chopped. Dill and green onion to wash, dry and grind. Put mushrooms in a bowl. Add onion, garlic, pepper, greens, sugar and salt, stir. Leave a bay leaf, pour the remaining vinegar. Close the bowl with film and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
