Milk soup with rice is one of my favorite breakfasts. It takes a lot of time to prepare it (rice, as is known, is cooked for a relatively long time), but it's worth it. It turns out a full breakfast - and hearty, and tasty, and nutritious. Children in our family do not like this soup very much, but I really like it, so I cook only for myself. How to make milk soup with rice: 1. Rinse the rice with cold water until the water becomes translucent. 2. Spread it in a saucepan, add salt, fill it with water. Cook until the rice is boiled. 3. We add milk, butter, sugar. We are waiting for everything to boil. After boiling, simmer the soup for another 5 minutes at low heat. Cover the lid, leave it to languish 10 minutes. The soup is ready!
