The first thing we need is a ram's stuffing. If you have a whole piece of lamb - twist through the meat grinder, if already ready - you're lucky :) Take a slightly dried white bread and soak in milk. Using a blender, grind the onion. If you like to feel pieces of onions in cutlets - just finely chop, if not - grind in a blender. Mix the ram's stuffing, chopped onions and white bread soaked in milk. Stir well. We add finely chopped greens and spices. Very well mix. The better and more uniformly you mix everything, so, accordingly, the cutlets will be more delicious. In the frying pan a little bit of vegetable oil. With our hands, we form small minced meatballs, put them into a frying pan. Fry on a small fire until rudeness on one side. Then turn and fry on the other side until ready. At the very end, you can cover for 1-2 minutes. Cutlets from lamb are ready!
