Ingredients:- Cottage cheese 300 g
- Milk 170 ml
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp. l.
- Honey 4 tbsp. l.
- Gelatin 2 tsp.
- Water 3 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 For the curd soufflé, we will need cottage cheese, honey (sugar), milk, cocoa powder, gelatin.
- Step 2 So, soak 2 tsp. gelatin or 1 tbsp. l. with a slide 3 tablespoons of cold water and leave to swell for 30 minutes.
