Champignons choose bigger. Well rinse the mushrooms, bacon cut into large enough pieces (about the same as mushrooms). Mushrooms pickled in lemon juice, oil, where we add salt, pepper, seasonings. Marinade has acquired such a dark color because of the small amount of soy sauce and wine vinegar. Marinate mushrooms should be a few hours before a picnic.
