- Pink salmon - 1 Kilogram

- Mayonnaise - 150 Milliliters

- Lemon juice - - To taste
The first thing to do is gut the fish (if you do not have gutted) and cut it into steaks no more than 2 cm thick. Each steak on both sides is rubbed with pepper and salt. We take a shallow form for baking, we cover with foil. We put our steaks in it. Sprinkle with lemon juice. From above we put on a steak a thin layer of mayonnaise. Cheese rub on a small grater. We spread on mayonnaise a layer of grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve hot with your favorite side dish - as for me, rice or vegetables are perfect.
