- tea with chamomile - 3 Pieces (sachets)
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- extract of vanilla - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- Nectarine - 4 pieces
In a medium saucepan, mix the tea in sachets, sugar and vanilla with 4 glasses of water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. Add the nectarine and cook for 2 minutes. Put the nectarine in a bowl. Peel the nectarine, picking up the juice in the bowl. Return the nectarine and juice in a saucepan, cook for another 10 minutes. Put the fruit on a plate. Using noise, remove the tea bags and pod. Increase the heat and cook until the liquid turns into a thick syrup, about 15 minutes. Put the nectarine on plates, sprinkle with syrup and serve.
