- olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
- orange - 1 piece (peel and juice)
- brown sugar - 1 st. a spoon
- twigs of thyme - 2 pieces
1. Preparation of sauce: combine in a blender garlic, ginger, ketchup, butter, orange peel and juice, as well as brown sugar, all mix well. 2. Transfer the sauce into a bowl and set aside on demand. 3. For 1 hour before cooking, generously grease the salmon fillet with sauce. Set aside. 4. Preheat the grill. Put the salmon on the grill grill with the meat side down (skin up). After 3 minutes frying again, grease the salmon with sauce. We continue to cook 3-4 more minutes. 5. The garnish can be served with fried orange with thyme and vegetables. You can also fry potatoes and add canned corn.
