- 70% vinegar - 1 st. a spoon
- Starch - 1 st. a spoon
- Broth Cube - 1 Piece
- Salt, spices - - To taste
Cut the meat into small pieces. Cut the onions into half rings, and grate the carrots on a large grater. In a deep bowl, mix the meat, vegetables, tomato paste, vinegar and squeezed garlic. Put in the fridge and let it marinate for 1 hour. After the meat is mashed, put everything in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil for 30-40 minutes.
