Cut the meat into small pieces. Cut the onions into half rings, and grate the carrots on a large grater. In a deep bowl, mix the meat, vegetables, tomato paste, vinegar and squeezed garlic. Put in the fridge and let it marinate for 1 hour. After the meat is mashed, put everything in a frying pan and fry in vegetable oil for 30-40 minutes. In a bowl, dilute the starch and the bouillon cube in a half liter of warm water. Add the mixture to the pan 10 minutes before cooked. Serve meat with fresh herbs. Bon Appetit!
