- Another feed is kefir. We start to give it from eight months. Start with 10 ml, bring up to 50 ml at a time. Wheat bread - 5-10 gr, meat puree - 50 gr. Curd - 40 gr, 1/2 yolk, cereal - 180 gr, vegetable puree - 170 gr, fruit puree - 70 gr, juice - 80 ml. Breast - 3 times in 200 ml.
- From nine months to one year, the ration remains the same, we introduced all the lures. Only we increase the volume of food given. Breast - 2 times a day for 200 ml.
On litrovody: meat - 300 grams, potatoes - 200 grams, carrots - 50 grams, onions - 20 grams, cabbage - 100 grams, salt - 0.3 grams, vegetable oil - 5 ml.
