- eggs - 5 pieces
- milk - 100 milliliters
- flour - 1/2 Art. spoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- sunflower oil - To taste
Preparation: Smash the eggs in a bowl. Add flour, milk and salt. Beat with a whisk until smooth. Preheat sunflower oil over medium heat. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan and fry for 10-15 minutes.
