- Step 1 To prepare this dish, we need to take pork liver, onion, olive oil, flour, milk, soda, paprika, nutmeg, black pepper, honey, salt.
- Step 2 Liver wash, clean from veins, soak in milk for 3 hours. Put in the refrigerator.
- Step 3 Wash the liver, cut into pieces, sprinkle and rub with soda. Fold in a bowl and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Step 4 Peel and chop the onion into thin rings.
- Step 5 Liver in a large amount of running water. Add spices and put half a teaspoon of honey. Leave for 20 minutes.
