I recommend always before you start cooking any dish to figure out all the ingredients, put them on the table. Here, in the photo, the ingredients for the dough. My plums, let them dry out. The dough is prepared very simply - we make a spoon (mix a small amount of flour with warm milk and yeast), then add all the other ingredients for the dough (the remaining flour, butter, eggs and sugar), stir and knead the dough. Form a lump of dough covered with a towel and leave in a warm place for about 30 minutes. While the dough is suitable, we cut our plums into quarters. You can not cut it to the end, so that an accordion is formed - as in the photo. Approached dough rolled into a layer and put in a baking dish. We put plums on top. Plums sprinkled with cinnamon, from above we spread a few pieces of butter. Here in this form put the cake in a preheated oven to 200 degrees. Bake for about half an hour until ready. Done! :)
