Beans must be soaked in water for the night. In warm kefir we dissolve yeast, there we also add salt, sugar and egg. We mix it well. In the kefir mixture gradually mix the flour, knead the dough until it stops sticking to the hands. We put in a warm place to approach, when the dough rises - we knead it with our hands again and put it again. Finely chopped onion fry until golden in vegetable oil. Ready beans with a small amount of water, in which it was cooked, kneaded to a consistency of mashed potatoes, and then mixed with onion, butter and finely chopped cilantro. Solim to taste. Now the dough must be divided into 8 parts, each of which is rolled out into a small (about 15 cm in diameter) circle. In the center of the mug we put a couple of spoons of the filling, gently tear the dough from the edges to the center to make a ball. Now each ball should be rolled very carefully into a cake - so that the dough does not tear, and the filling remains inside.
